Craniosacral therapy is about holding space and working with the body's rhythms.
As a practitioner, I hold space for your body to align to its natural state of health. I work with the subtle energetic system to help unwind and release stored emotions and trauma.
Craniosacral therapy involves light physical adjustments and off-body work. The client reaches a deep state of relaxation that allows the system to heal and process emotion.
This form of therapy is particularly good for alleviating pain around injuries (new and old), relieving tension, and calming the nervous system. Patients often describe a feeling of lightness after a session.
This mirrors my approach to yoga, in which I use movement and breathwork to unwind and clear. The two modalities complement each other beautifully.
